As we continue to grow, we are looking for a full-time Paid Media Buyer & PPC Expert to lead and optimize our Amazon, Meta
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced performance marketer to manage, scale, and optimize paid media campaigns across Amazon, Meta, and TikTok. This role is crucial to our customer acquisition and revenue growth strategy, requiring expertise in PPC bidding, audience segmentation, creative testing, and data-driven decision-making.
As our Paid Media Buyer, you will be responsible for driving profitable ROAS and lowering CPA through strategic campaign execution, continuous optimization, and A/B testing. You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns that drive sales, conversions, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon PPC, Meta
• Scale ad spend profitably while maintaining strong ROAS, balancing growth and efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, bids, and targeting to improve CPA and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine ad strategies.
• Develop and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Work with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, including static images, carousels, UGC-style videos, and product demos.
• Optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for ranking, conversions, and ACOS efficiency.
• Set up and manage tracking pixels, attribution modeling, and performance reporting using Amazon Attribution, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and other tools.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new ad features, and industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
• Collaborate with the ecommerce and product teams to align ad strategy with promotions, product launches, and seasonal trends.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Amazon, Meta, and TikTok for ecommerce brands.
• Proven track record of scaling ad spend profitably while maintaining strong ROAS.
• Deep understanding of Amazon PPC bidding strategies, keyword optimization, and campaign structure.
• Expertise in Meta
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and implement optimizations.
• Experience with Amazon Advertising Console, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution tracking tools.
• Strong copywriting and creative direction skills to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Familiarity with landing page testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and post-purchase remarketing strategies.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo, Google Ads, and influencer marketing integrations.
