- Responsible for client acquisition, deposit growth, and profit increase.- Supervises BOO, ensuring adherence to bank/BSP policies and guidelines.- Motivates staff, ensures high client service standards, and conducts BOO performance appraisals.
- Ensures accurate, timely submission of SBU reports by BOO; evaluates monthly income, expense, and performance reports.
- Attends BBG meetings and conducts monthly SBU meetings.
- Promotes all products, identifies new clients, and develops sales strategies to meet targets.
- Acts as account officer for clients, providing excellent service and managing customer issues.
- Markets and generates loans based on target segments; ensures compliance with the credit process, and monitors loan performance to maintain a quality credit portfolio.
