Experienced Virtual Assistant for E-Commerce Store (Shopify Expert)

About Us:
We are a growing e-commerce business looking for a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to manage and oversee all aspects of our Shopify store. Our ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a strong background in e-commerce operations, including customer service, product research, order fulfillment, store optimization, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of our Shopify store

Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and social media

Conduct market research and identify trending products for listing

Optimize product listings, descriptions, and SEO for better visibility

Process orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely fulfillment

Handle returns, refunds, and disputes professionally

Monitor store analytics and generate performance reports

Develop and implement marketing strategies, including email campaigns and social media promotions

Manage and optimize Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns

Oversee social media accounts and implement growth strategies

Stay updated on e-commerce trends and recommend improvements to enhance business performance

Act as the store manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and checking in with the owners on a daily basis

Requirements:

Proven experience managing a Shopify store (minimum 2 years)

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including dropshipping and inventory management

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience in product research and sourcing

Familiarity with Shopify apps, tools, and integrations

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies

Experience managing and optimizing Facebook Ads and Google Ads

Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Canva or Photoshop for basic graphic design tasks

Knowledge of email marketing tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp

Familiarity with social media management and advertising
