JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an admin assistant to join the Kat Love brands including Kat Love (business coaching), Empathysites (website design), and Empathycopy (website writing software).

This position is for one hour per day - totaling 5 hours per week.

This role will be responsible for assisting with scheduling, emails, client onboarding, and scheduling with an opportunity to expand responsibilities to help with billing. The position offers remote work flexibility and room to grow.

**Responsibilities

As an admin assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and a warm and friendly relationship with clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently.
- Onboarding clients and assisting with initial setup processes.
- Managing communication with clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and admin needs.
- Handling emails and maintaining organized correspondence.
- Improving existing processes in the business and designing and implementing improved ones
- Maybe someday: assisting with billing tasks like when a client needs to update a credit card.

**Required Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and email management.
- Experience with scheduling software or calendar management tools (we use Calendly).
- Ability and enthusiasm around learning new things.

**Other Skills

Additionally, experience or willingness to learn the following skills would be beneficial:

- Familiarity with Trello
- Basic understanding of WooCommerce
- Experience with WordPress as far as making basic updates to websites

**What Happens Next & How To Apply

Send your application, then if selected, we will invite you to a 30 minute zoom interview. Candidates who pass the interview will complete a paid test to assess real-world skills (email handling, scheduling, and process documentation).
If chosen, you’ll move forward with a paid training and trial period of two weeks. At the end of the two weeks, we will evaluate fit for long-term work.

Working will include a required set day and time to get trained online. However, after the initial training period, you could complete your hour at any time with daily check-ins on Slack.
