Powtoon Explainer video(90 sec) needed

The project requirements are as followed; - 90 Second Video (MP4 format file) - Script Writing - English Voice Over & Sync. (We need both an unvoice-overed file and a voice-overed file. We need a Female American Accent VO artist for the Voice-overed file.) - Animation - Unlimited Alternations. - Logo Addition - Full HD quality (1080P, 16:9 screen ratio, Min. 30 frames per second) - Commercial Rights Transfer

we need the "Powtoon" video in the following stages and would be requiring unlimited revisions for all the stages:

1.Storyboard
2.Voice-over
3.Animation
4.Final Video

This is a sample project and we have tons of other projects waiting,if the applicant is able to deliver it proficiently.
