Elite Cold Caller & Appointment Setter

We are seeking a high-performance virtual assistant to join our team as a Cold Caller & Appointment Setter. This is a remote position, ideal for someone with killer phone skills, relentless follow-up, and the ability to book high-quality in-person meetings.

Our company specializes in high-end holiday displays and installations for commercial properties, including casinos, resorts, auto dealerships, hotels, shopping centers, and malls. Your role is to contact key decision-makers, generate interest, and schedule in-person meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day to commercial property managers, marketing directors, and decision-makers.
Identify and qualify key points of contact within target industries.
Pitch our holiday décor and installation services with confidence and enthusiasm.
Overcome objections and build rapport with prospects.
Schedule in-person sales appointments for our team in the U.S.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, notes, and appointments in our CRM.
Follow up via email, text, or LinkedIn to confir ---------- etings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cold caller, appointment setter, or sales rep (B2B preferred).
Fluent in English with a neutral or minimal accent.
Comfortable making high-volume calls and handling objections.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
Experience working with CRMs and call software.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific or Central Time preferred).

Bonus Skills:

Experience selling services to commercial real estate, property managers, or luxury brands.
Knowledge of the holiday décor or event production industry.
