???? ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a highly experienced Senior Ecommerce/Dropshipping Virtual Assistant to help manage and scale our operations. You will play a key role in overseeing our Shopify store, leading a remote team, improving processes, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

You should be a self-starter with proven experience in ecommerce operations and team management. This is a long-term position with potential to grow into a more senior operations role.

? RESPONSIBILITIES
???? Project & Operations Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a Shopify dropshipping store

Maintain and improve workflows, SOPs, and KPIs

Report directly to the business owner and take initiative on tasks

???? Team Leadership & Hiring

Lead and manage virtual assistants and support staff

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new tea ---------- mbers

Hold regular check-ins and performance reviews

???? Ecommerce Store Oversight

Manage product listings, pricing, and supplier communication

Coordinate with fulfillment agents and track orders

Troubleshoot delivery or product issues as needed

???? Customer Support Supervision

Monitor and improve the customer service process

Handle escalated tickets and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain a professional brand voice across all channels

???? REQUIREMENTS
? Minimum 2 years experience in ecommerce/dropshipping operations

? Strong background in managing Shopify stores

? Fluent in written and spoken English

? Proven leadership and project management abilities

? Familiar with tools like Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Gorgias, and Shopify apps

? Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills

? Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

???? Experience with product research and launching new products

???? Basic knowledge of Facebook or ---------- Ads

???? Background in recruiting and HR
