JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to business owners, qualifying their interest in our various financing options, and gathering essential documentation (last 4 months of bank statements). You will play a vital role in expanding our client base, maintaining relationships, and ultimately assisting business owners in securing the funding they need to grow and succeed. This position includes an hourly wage plus a commission structure.

Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Conduct high-volume cold calls to business owners, introducing our suite of financial products (Merchant Cash Advance, Business Loan, Business Line of Credit, SBA Term Loan, etc.).
Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads by determining their funding needs, timeline, and eligibility.
Data Collection: Accurately gather basic information from prospects over the phone, ensuring all critical details are recorded.
Documentation Retrieval: Follow up with qualified prospects to obtain the last 4 months of their business bank statements for underwriting.
CRM Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of prospects, leads, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
Relationship Building: Provide a professional, friendly experience for business owners, building rapport and trust.
Pipeline Follow-Up: Work with the underwriting and sales teams to ensure all applications move forward smoothly.
Commission-Driven Success: Strive to meet and exceed personal and team targets, taking advantage of the commission structure.

Qualifications:
Strong English Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills; comfortable with high-volume phone calling.
Telemarketing/Cold Calling Experience: Proven experience in a call center or similar role is preferred.
Sales-Driven: Confident, persuasive, and motivated by achieving targets.
Organization & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-up tasks efficiently.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (or willingness to learn), basic computer skills, and reliable internet connection.
Professional Demeanor: Polite, courteous, and respectful approach with clients, maintaining high ethical standards.
Availability: Must be able to work during U.S. business hours.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate (based on experience and skill level).
Commission: Earn a percentage for every successful funding deal closed.
