App programer Laravel and Vue

Im looking for someone professional in web development programing. I have a saas web app product that has been build with Laravel and Vue.js. I need to give a programmer the Figma designs and then they implement in web app. The web app is complex, so need someone with advanced skills. This is the web app. www.writersmap.co.

I need a lot of work done on this but for now, looking for someone to do a small part of it to see if it can be done by the programmer. Thank you
