We are dedicated to creating memorable gifts and building stronger connections between businesses and their teams or clients.
We are seeking an experienced Promotional Products Purchaser to operate and streamline our purchasing process. This position requires direct experience in promotional products procurement, proficiency in creating and managing Sales Orders (SOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) using CommonSKU, and familiarity with working alongside third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing Management: Create, track, and manage Sales Orders (SOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) within CommonSKU, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the purchasing process.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate effectively with suppliers to review and share proofs, ensure timely fulfillment, adherence to specifications, and quality standards.
- Logistics Collaboration: Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouses to coordinate and manage product receivings, inventory tracking, and distribution logistics.
- Quality Control: Oversee product delivery, ensuring all items meet agreed-upon specifications and quality standards.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to product orders, logistics, and delivery discrepancies in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year of purchasing experience within the promotional products industry.
- Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with CommonSKU for creating and managing SOs and POs.
- Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers and managing warehouse receivings.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
