We are looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel Specialist (5+ years in web development & GoHighLevel) who is passionate about delivering top-quality funnels, automations, and websites for both our clients and our agency.

This is a full-time remote position with set working hours—we need someone reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented who takes pride in their work and is committed to excellence.

Position Overview
As our GoHighLevel Website, Funnel & Automations Specialist, you will:
* Build & launch 5+ client funnels per week (setup only – no ongoing management)
* Set up advanced automations, CRM workflows, and integrations
* Design & develop GoHighLevel websites and membership areas
* Manage & optimize our agency’s own funnels, websites, and automations
* Ensure branding, content, and design consistency across all projects
* Meet all deadlines with precision and attention to detail

This role is strictly full-time with set working hours from home – we need a dedicated tea ---------- mber, not a freelancer or part-time contractor.

Key Responsibilities
Client Funnel & Website Setup (Pre-Launch Only)
Build high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, opt-in pages, and checkout flows
Ensure all designs align with client branding, UX best practices, and conversion psychology
Set up lead capture systems, appointment scheduling, and automated nurture sequences
Automation & CRM Setup
Configure email sequences, SMS follow-ups, and customer pipelines in GoHighLevel
Automate lead generation, follow-ups, and customer workflows
Integrate GoHighLevel CRM with third-party tools, payment processors, and APIs
Membership & Course Area Setup
Create and structure membership sites & online courses inside GoHighLevel
Ensure seamless content organization, access levels, and user experience

Testing & Handover (Client Projects)
Thoroughly test all automation, funnel flows, and integrations before launch
Provide handover documentation or short tutorial videos to clients

Ongoing Agency Funnel & Website Management
Maintain & optimize our agency’s sales funnels, websites, and automation systems
Track and analyze conversion rates & make performance improvements
Regularly update content, workflows, and lead-generation systems

Requirements – Who We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in Web Development & GoHighLevel
* Proven track record of building high-converting funnels & automations
* Strong branding & design eye – knows what sells and converts
* Extreme attention to detail – no broken links, misaligned sections, or errors
* Highly reliable & deadline-driven – always delivers projects on time
* Full-time availability – set working hours from home (not freelance/part-time)
* Passion for top-quality work & delivering the best results for clients

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):
* Copywriting for high-converting sales pages & email sequences
* Facebook/Google Ads knowledge for funnel tracking
* Basic coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for customizations
