URGENT HIRING COLD CALLERS / APPOINTMENT SETTERS - Must Love Connecting with People

We’re looking for Cold Callers/Appointment Setters to join our remote team and connect with U.S.-based businesses.

Your Role:
- Engage and connect: Make cold calls to spark interest and schedule discovery calls for our senior team.
- Attend virtual meetings: Join Google Meet sessions Team as needed to support outreach efforts.
- No hard-selling: Your goal is to start conversations — not close deals. Scripts and training are provided!

Who We're Looking For:
- People with polished communication skills.
- Confident, articulate speakers with strong English proficiency.
- Friendly, persistent personalities who can navigate cold calls and build rapport.
- Tech-savvy and organized (CRM experience is a plus!).
- Availability to work U.S. hours (night shift in PH time).

Daily Responsibilities:
- Cold call U.S.-based businesses using a provided script.
- Book discovery calls with decision-makers
- Track all activity in the CRM system.
- Meet daily call targets to maximize opportunities.

Compensation & Bonuses:
- Base Pay: PHP 225/hour (~$4 USD).
- Performance Bonus: $200 (PHP ~11,200) for every 2 closed sales.
- Example: If your calls lead to 4 closed sales in a month, you’ll earn an extra $400 (PHP ~22,400) on top of your base pay.
