We are looking for a Video Content Creator to produce high-quality brand videos, website hero videos, promotional assets, and engaging social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). This role is perfect for someone who understands digital marketing, storytelling, and AI-driven content generation to create compelling brand narratives.

What You’ll Do:
- Create engaging website hero videos for brands (using stock footage, GenAI, and motion graphics)
- Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Repurpose blog articles and long-form content into dynamic video assets
- Utilize AI tools (Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) for video production and editing
- Edit and enhance YouTube videos (adding text, transitions, and engaging elements)
- Ensure videos are optimized for engagement & conversion across digital platforms
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic for all assets
- Research trends, hooks, and best-performing formats to improve video effectiveness

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in video editing & motion graphics
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
- Comfortable with AI-powered tools (Runway AI, Canva AI, Descript, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, branding, and marketing psychology
- Experience repurposing blog content into video formats
- Ability to deliver high-value assets efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Creative problem solver who can test & iterate content for high-performing results
