We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help streamline our operations and support our expanding team.

What You'll Do:
- Monitor Communications: Check and approve new member requests, ensuring our Facebook group remains engaging and active.
- Daily Outreach Checks: Review Mailshake daily to identify and manage customer responses, keeping communication flowing smoothly.
- CRM & Spreadsheet Management: Accurately record all new sales in spreadsheets, regularly updating customer data in our CRM for optimal client management.
- Welcome Customers: Send personalized welcome messages to new customers, providing excellent customer service from the outset.
- Daily Sales Reporting: Gather daily sales data from our CRM, process through AI tools, and present insightful end-of-day statistics to Tim, aiding our sales team in informed decision-making.
- Maintain Records: Regularly update Mailshake activity and meticulously record all sales in our spreadsheets and CRM to maintain precise customer records.

What You'll Need:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, spreadsheet management, and tools like Mailshake.
- Basic understanding or interest in AI-driven data processing.
- Excellent English, both written and verbal.
- Availability to commit to daily tasks consistently.
