We are looking to employ a VA to assist with a range of tasks across our two businesses. These tasks may include but are not limited to:
Email management, CRM management (Insightly), entry of client details into XERO and raising of draft invoices, and possibly social media scheduling using Facebook and Instagram (Grum). Proficiency in G Suite preferable.
We would also be interested in someone who can help put together a list of potential clients for us to call based on exhibition floorplans - training in this will be provided.
