We are hiring an experienced medical billing coder. The ideal candidate will:

Have expertise in resolving and preventing claim denials.
Possess strong skills in claim workflows, including creation, submission, and status tracking.
Be proficient in analyzing reports to minimize denials, optimize reimbursements, and ensure first-pass claim submissions.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CPT coding standards, HIPAA compliance, and the entire revenue cycle management (RCM) process.
Understand patient accounts receivable (AR) processes and develop effective collection workflows.
Train and mentor team members on best practices in coding and billing.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze denial reports to identify and resolve issues.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with payer guidelines.
Communicate with insurance representatives for claim resolution.
Write appeal letters for denied claims.
Stay updated on coding standards and regulatory changes through continuous education and industry resources.
Develop workflows to improve claims processes and enhance operational efficiency.
