I’m looking for a highly organized and driven Appointment Setter to help manage inbound leads and book sales calls for my elite online basketball training program. Your role is to engage warm leads, qualify them, and schedule calls into my calendar, ensuring that serious prospects show up ready to enroll.

This role is perfect for someone who is great at messaging, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is hungry to help athletes succeed while earning commissions for performance.

Responsibilities:
? Manage Inbound Leads via Instagram DMs & ManyChat

Engage with athletes/parents who inquire about training programs
Ask qualifying questions to ensure they are a good fit
Guide them toward booking a strategy call
? Follow-Up & Rebook No-Shows

Send reminders before sales calls (text, DM, email)
Re-engage no-shows and get them back on the calendar
Handle objections and overcome hesitations to book the call
? Keep CRM/Google Sheets Organized

Track booked calls, show-up rates, and lead status
Ensure that no warm leads are lost in the pipeline
? Reschedule Missed Calls & Keep Pipeline Warm

Send voice notes and personalized messages to re-engage leads
Handle scheduling conflicts and ensure potential clients don’t slip through
Qualifications & Skills Needed:
?? Strong Written English – You’ll be messaging leads daily; clarity and professionalism are key
?? Fast Typing & Quick Response Time – This is a volume game, so speed matters
?? Experience with Sales/Appointment Setting (Preferred but Not Required)
?? Familiarity with Instagram, ManyChat, and Scheduling Tools (Calendly, Google Calendar, etc.)
?? Strong Organizational Skills – You will need to track leads efficiently
?? Proactive & Resourceful – If a lead doesn’t book right away, you find creative ways to re-engage them

Pay & Incentives:
???? Base Pay: $3-5/hr (depending on experience)
