Vending Business Bookkeeper/Analyst

Looking to hire a book-keeper for my vending machine business. Candidate should have experience with businesses that have inventory, accounts receivable and payables, sales and costs of goods etc.
Candidate should also have experience creating financial statements as well as monthly profit and loss statements.
Comfort with excel is highly preferred.
Willing to migrate to accounting software of choice.
