We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Virtual Assistant to support our credit repair operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) disputes
Process FTC (Federal Trade Commission) complaints BBB, ATTORNEY GENERAL
Manage M2 (Metro 2) compliance and dispute processes
Assist with client communication and follow-ups
Maintain accurate client records and reports
Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:
Experience in credit repair and dispute processes
Strong understanding of CFPB, FTC, and Metro 2 compliance
Highly organized with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and online dispute portals
