**Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Comedy Show Outreach & Booking Coordinator**

**Job Type: Part-Time, Remote**

**About the Role:**
I’m a stand-up comedian looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help streamline my outreach efforts for booking shows. Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to comedy clubs, comedy shows, bars, and concert venues, logging communication in a spreadsheet, and following up on outreach efforts. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, efficient, and has excellent written communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Research and compile a list of potential venues for stand-up shows, including comedy clubs, bars, and concert venues.
- Send well-crafted outreach emails to booking managers and venue contacts.
- Track and log all outreach efforts, responses, and follow-ups in a spreadsheet.
- Follow up on emails that have not received a response within a designated timeframe.
- Maintain a well-organized database of venues, contacts, and booking statuses.
- Provide weekly reports summarizing outreach efforts, responses, and next steps.
- Optimize outreach strategies to improve response rates and booking success.

**Qualifications:**
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience in email outreach, customer service, or booking coordination preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Excel to track outreach efforts.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Interest in comedy or live entertainment is a plus!
