We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Manager to join our growing E-Commerce subscription business. If you have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of customer service agents to provide top-notch support.
- Identify and implement solutions for recurring customer issues to improve processes.
- Develop and maintain clear customer service SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries via
- Manage the order fulfillment process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Use platforms like Shopify, Recharge, Rebuy, and Gorgias CRM to manage customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align customer service strategies with marketing, product, and fulfillment efforts.
- Create performance reports using data tools to track trends and identify improvements.
- Develop and update self-service resources like FAQs and help center articles.
- Stay updated on new product releases to provide accurate customer information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service management (E-Commerce or subscription experience preferred).
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and coaching teams.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Gorgias (preferred) and eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
- Experience with subscription platforms such as Recharge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
