Short-Form Video Editor (Remote) – Join Our Fast-Growing Marketing Agency!

We are seeking a talented Short-Form Video Editor to join our marketing agency! If you are highly creative, fluent in English, and have experience editing engaging short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or YouTube Shorts, we want to hear from you.

Our agency is growing fast, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us. You must have experience using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve and be highly coachable with strong attention to detail. Please do not apply if you have never edited short-form content before and do not meet the additional requirements below!

Key Responsibilities:
???? Edit high-quality short-form videos optimized for paid social media advertising channels (9:16)
???? Implement engaging captions, jump cuts, sound effects, and motion graphics to boost engagement
???? Use AI tools and stock footage when necessary to enhance storytelling
???? Follow content trends and adapt editing styles accordingly
? Maintain clear and punctual communication with the team
???? Organize and manage video assets using Google Drive or similar platforms

Hourly Rate: $5/hr
???? 1-on-1 Training Provided

Requirements:
?? Fluent in written English
?? Previous experience editing short-form videos for social media
?? Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention strategies
?? Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
?? Familiarity with AI tools like Descript or Runway is a plus
?? A positive, creative, and coachable mindset
?? Stable internet connection (at least 20mbps download, 10mbps upload)
?? Reliable computer with sufficient processing power for video editing
?? Dual monitor screens (preferred but not required)
?? Be able to work from 5-9pm Eastern Standard Time
