Virtual Assistant

I need a virtual assistant. I run a med spa by myself and I am looking for help with administrative tasks. These are medical to some degree so booking appointments, answering patient messages, responding to EMR messages, answering the phone during business hours etc. English is the primary language and some familiarity with things like Botox, dermal filler, laser, skincare, etc is a necessity. The job is all virtual, but there is a need to work during business hours in the USA.
