Real Estate CRM & Ads Specialist( stellar with Real Estate Paperwork)– High Lead Generation Expert Wanted!

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented specialist to set up and maintain our real estate CRM and manage high-converting ads across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads. CRM is Bold Trail must know how to run targeted ads, and drop campaigns. If you know how to do real estate paperwork such as offers, uploading documents into crm, use nexone, skyslope, REALM, Webforms, familiar with OREA please apply if not ….dont apply. Wage is not negotiable increase based on performance

This is a long-term role, NOT a gig.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate lead generation and CRM management
• Expertise in running high-ROI ads across multiple platforms
• Strong creativity and attention to detail (If this isn’t you, don’t apply!)
• Familiarity with the Toronto real estate market (a plus)

Compensation:
•. Payment to set up CRM with customization is not hourly it would be a fee$$$
• $4 CAD/hour (part-time) + commission on closed deals
• Biweekly payments via Wise only
