About Us:
One Janitorial is a leading janitorial business operating across Canada and the USA. We are expanding our online presence and restarting our podcast, creating content for YouTube, social media, and other platforms. We are looking for a skilled Video Editor & Social Media Manager to help bring our content to life and grow our digital reach.

Position Overview:
We need someone who can take raw video footage and turn it into engaging, high-quality content for our podcast and social media. The ideal candidate is experienced in video editing, understands social media trends, and can handle tasks like creating thumbnails, posting content, and managing freelancers.

Responsibilities:
• Video Editing: Edit long-form podcast episodes, add effects, transitions, and improve overall video quality.
• Short-Form Content Creation: Cut long-form content into engaging reels/shorts optimized for YouTube, Instagram,
and TikTok.
• YouTube Management: Upload videos, create thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and SEO-optimized titles to maximize
reach.
• Social Media Content: Help strategize, schedule, and post content across platforms.
• Freelancer Coordination: Manage Fiverr editors and freelancers for additional edits, animations, or design work.
• Effects & Enhancements: Add effects, animations, and captions to improve video engagement.

Requirements:
• Must be able to work Mountain Time (Alberta, Canada).
• Proven experience editing podcast videos and social media content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience creating thumbnails, descriptions, and optimized titles for YouTube.
• Knowledge of reels, TikTok trends, and short-form video editing.
• Ability to post and manage content on YouTube and other social platforms.
• Strong organizational skills to manage freelancers on Fiverr.
• Creative mindset to improve engagement with high-quality edits and effects.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
• Graphic design skills for branding and video thumbnails.
• Experience in YouTube growth strategies and analytics.
• Understanding of SEO for YouTube and social media.
