Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Designer to craft the user experience for an advanced FinTech system focused on financial management and money transfers. The role involves planning, defining, and designing interfaces for a SaaS platform, similar to leading international solutions such as Revolut and Deel.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop the UX for an advanced financial management and money transfer system.
Work closely with development, product, and marketing teams to implement innovative design solutions.
Establish design guidelines to ensure consistency and maintain high standards across the platform.
Lead the design process while adhering to the highest FinTech industry standards.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in UX design for complex SaaS platforms, with a focus on FinTech.
Strong understanding of financial management systems, international transactions, and payment platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
Ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and enhance the user experience based on insights.
Knowledge of accessible design principles and the ability to create user-friendly interfaces for diverse audiences.
Experience collaborating with development teams and translating UX concepts into implementable designs.
Familiarity with Design Systems and modular component usage.
Analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Advantage: Previous experience working with platforms like Revolut, Deel, Payoneer, Wise, or similar solutions.
