It’s time to build a systematic, replicable sales pipeline. Several of my clients have been with me for years, and I have a strong track record of transformational results, testimonials, and case studies to leverage. Full disclosure: I'll need help refining them :)

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Identifying the best marketing channels (LinkedIn, email, social media, SEO, paid ads, or funnels) to attract real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other sales professionals.
* Developing and optimizing funnels, messaging, or lead capture processes to drive conversion—if your expertise lies more in traffic generation, we can collaborate on optimizing the funnel strategy.
* Crafting targeted, high-converting messaging that speaks directly to our audience.
* Leveraging low-hanging fruit like LinkedIn outreach while exploring more creative approaches such as email marketing, paid ads, or contemporary platforms like TikTok.
* Implementing cost-effective marketing systems that maximize lead flow without excessive ad spend.
* Testing, tracking, and refining strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.

Compensation & Growth Potential:
This is a part-time role 15-25 hours/week with an initial base of $300 to $750/month, depending on experience.
I’m results-focused, so as the strategy gains traction, I’m open to performance bonuses, and revenue-share opportunities.
