Long-Term Shopify Assistant – Product Management & Basic Customer Support

I’m looking for a reliable and experienced virtual assistant to help manage my Shopify store on a long-term basis. The main tasks include:

? Product Management

• Adding new products to Shopify with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing
• Updating product listings as needed
• Conducting product research to find trending or high-potential items

? Basic Customer Support

• Responding to customer emails with pre-set templates or common-sense responses
• Addressing basic inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and returns

? General Assistance

• Assisting with daily administrative tasks related to Shopify
• Helping optimize product listings for better performance

Requirements:

• Experience with Shopify (product management, order handling, etc.)
• Good written English for professional email responses
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Experience with product research is a plus

This is a long-term position, so I’m looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented. Please include examples of similar work you’ve done before.
