Elementor Expert management, SEO

I require somebody proficient in Elementor/Wordpress to Improve and maintain my website. Create landing pages, city pages, improve upon current home page. Optimize it for speed, SEO and local SEO, for now.

Help with google ads management may be needed in the future.

I have other larger scale projects in the future but need somebody reliable to help with. Pay can increase to $4 or $4.50 an hour and how many hours desired to work depending results.
