We are a real estate investment company seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to manage our lead generation and CRM workflow. The ideal candidate must have experience using Smarter Contact to create and manage SMS marketing campaigns, performing skip tracing to find and verify property owner contact details, and updating leads into our CRM. Daily responsibilities include launching and monitoring SMS campaigns, managing responses, categorizing leads, ensuring data accuracy, and uploading interested prospects into our CRM. Candidates must be proficient in data entry, lead management, and real estate tools such as BatchSkipTracing, PropStream, Podio, or REsimpli. Strong English communication skills, a reliable internet connection, and availability to work daily are required.
