Looking for a Launch Control Expert VA!

We are looking to hire a Launch Control Expert VA for our growing team! Our company specializes in buying and selling vacant land across the United States, and we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with texting platforms, enjoys working with leads, and can handle a steady flow of outreach.

Responsibilities:

-Use the Launch Control platform to send and manage outbound texts (3,000-5,000 per day) for land acquisitions.
-Keep the CRM updated with leads who show interest.
-Respond thoughtfully to leads, even when questions fall outside the usual flow.
-Work closely with tea ---------- mbers to make sure leads are handled on time.
-Follow up with leads until a deal is made or the lead is no longer viable.
-Stay flexible and adapt as priorities shift.
-Help out with any other lead management activities as needed.

Qualifications:

-3-5 years of experience in real estate, wholesaling, or land sales.
-At least 1 year of experience with Launch Control or Smarter Contact.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent English communication skills.
-Quick thinker who can handle live interactions with potential leads.
-Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and self-motivated.
-Willing to work weekends (Saturday or Sunday is a big plus!).
-This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm MST.
