Virtual Assistant for Customer Service and Order Fulfillment

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team!

You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth order fulfillment for our growing ecommerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Service:
* Respond to customer inquiries via email and ecommerce platforms in a friendly and professional manner.
* Resolve customer issues, process returns, and provide updates on orders.
* Communicate with suppliers as needed to resolve issues.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and accurately.?

* Order Fulfillment:
* Process orders accurately according to our in-house system.
* Coordinate with suppliers or warehouses to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
* Track shipments and update customers with tracking information.?

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with full employment references.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Graphic design experience strongly preferred.
* Familiarity with Etsy, Amazon and Shopify.
* Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
* Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
