Sales Person (Whatsapp/email roles with Pipedrive CRM!)

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative & CRM Administrator with expertise in Pipedrive CRM. You will be responsible for managing and closing sales in the energy sector (electricity & gas) while ensuring efficient CRM administration to maximize sales performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, be highly organized, and require minimal supervision.

???? Job Responsibilities:

???? Sales & CRM Management
? Generate and manage leads through Pipedrive CRM.
? Analyse customer energy bills and present better offers.
? Close sales efficiently – high conversion rates!
? Ensure 100% lead follow-up within 24 hours.
? Maintain and update Pipedrive CRM with accurate sales data.
? Work independently and drive sales performance.
? Optimize CRM usage for maximum lead conversion.

???? Sales Processing & Administration
? Process and verify inbound sales leads.
? Manage commercial paperwork for completed sales.
? Track and report daily sales performance.
? Ensure CRM data accuracy and streamline workflows.
? Organize sales reports and maintain lead pipelines.

???? Compensation & Commission Structure:

???? Base Pay: €5 per hour (covers CRM administration & sales processing tasks).

???? Commissions:
? Single Fuel (Electricity OR Gas): €5 - €15 per sale.
? Dual Fuel (Electricity AND Gas): €12 - €30 per sale.
? Bonus: €500 extra for 200+ sales per month!

???? Expected Monthly Earnings:
? 100 Sales = €1,500+
? 200 Sales = €2,500+
? 300 Sales = €3,500+

? Base pay is paid weekly in arrears.
? Commissions are paid monthly in arrears.
? Bonuses are paid along with commissions.

? Must have prior experience with Pipedrive CRM – ready to start immediately.
? Proven track record in sales and CRM administration.
? Experience in energy/utility sales preferred.
? Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken).
? Strong and stable internet connection required.
? Self-motivated and target-driven.
? Ability to work 6-7 days per week.
