Cold Caller

Job Overview:
Consultancy International is seeking highly motivated Project Generators (Cold Callers) to connect with existing and potential clients, identifying project opportunities for our firm. This role involves proactively reaching out to businesses, engaging in meaningful conversations, and securing new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential clients to check for available projects.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate long-term collaboration.
-Achieve a minimum of 100 credits per month to meet performance expectations.
-Maintain high productivity and engagement levels (90% or above).
-Assist in onboarding and supporting new Project Generators.

Qualifications:
-Must be a native or fluent English speaker from Egypt, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, or Venezuela.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales is preferred but not required.
-Ability to work independently while meeting set targets.
-Highly organized with great attention to detail.

Compensation:
-Base Salary
-$800/month for full-time (9 hours per day) upon achieving 100 credits per month and maintaining 90% productivity engagement.
-Initial Training Period: $400/month for 9-hour shifts until reaching 100 credits/month.
-Transition Period: Role starts at 4.5 hours per day, paid pro-rata until securing the first client who completes the setup form, after which it converts to full-time.

Commission:
-$10 per credit achieved beyond the base target.
