looking for: experienced wordpress theme coder

how it works: you get a psd file and code it into valid tableless html and add the wordpress functionality to it.
Additionally we need advanced settings controllable through custom theme options.

- This is a long term position for someone who wants to grow with my company
- only individuals may apply
- I will retain complete ownership of the theme
- you are able to work fulltime\part-time without distractions
- you must be honest and reliable

If you provide quality work, keep the deadlines and are available during worktime for project discussions I have no problem raising your salary after you`ve proven your reliability.

I`m familiar with wordpress too so maby I can be a help here and there if you`re stuck with some features.
