Financial Manager - 7 Figure E-com Business

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce brand. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, optimizing profitability, and ensuring financial accuracy to support business growth. You will handle financial planning, cash flow, budgeting, and P&L management, ensuring our e-commerce business remains financially efficient and scalable.


Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
- Maintain Daily Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and provide insights into revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue optimization.


Transaction & Expense Management:
- Organize and track all financial transactions, ensuring proper categorization of expenses and income.
- Monitor spending trends and recommend areas for increasing or reducing expenditures based on data analysis.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting for decision-making.


Cash Flow & Risk Management:
- Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity for daily operations.
- Implement expense control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining growth.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and risk mitigation practices.


Financial Reporting & Business Insights:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with key performance insights.
- Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for business improvements.
- Work closely with the CFO or CEO and leadership team to align financial strategies with business goals.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager, Accountant, or similar financial role, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or digital business models.
- Strong expertise in P&L management, financial modeling, and forecasting.
- Experience with dropshipping, supply chain finance, and transaction organization is a plus.
