Inbox Manager

We are a fast-growing marketing and lead generation company looking for a highly responsive and detail-oriented Inbox Manager / Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for growth within the company, including the potential to build and manage a team.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage inbound email responses from leads in real-time (responses within 5-15 minutes).
Engage with prospects professionally, answer inquiries, and guide them toward booking a call.
Schedule and confirm meetings using Calendly or our internal booking system.
Maintain and organize lead follow-ups to ensure a seamless booking process.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize messaging and appointment-setting strategies.
Identify patterns in objections and responses to improve engagement tactics.
Maintain CRM and tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting of booked meetings and follow-ups.
Requirements:

Previous experience in inbox management, appointment setting, or customer engagement.
Ability to respond to leads promptly (within 5-15 minutes) during working hours.
Experience with cold outreach platforms such as Smartlead.ai, Instantly.ai, or similar is highly preferred.
Strong written English communication skills with a professional yet personable tone.
Proactive and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Growth-oriented mindset with a desire to develop into a leadership role.
Work Schedule:

Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM PST
100% Remote
