SOCIAL MEDIA ADDS campaign management

We own several companies that we need to run google and social media adds for. We have tried multiple times to hire people and they all say they can but they cannot create successful adds that delivers. the person we are looking for has to be able to d ---------- on the adds WE CAN CREATE THE GRAPHICS AND VIDEOS but the person we hire has to direct us on what to create and how. A LIST OF THINGS YOU NEED TO BE GOOD AT
1- Work with our team to propose the right design that you will use to create the adds sets
2- Create Google adds set by selecting appropriate geographic and demographic
3- Create Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok adds set
4- Create Funnels and forms for the adds
5- Create a follow up system for emails and text messages using follow up and other systems
6- Adjust the adds as needed
7- Interact with people commenting on the adds by commenting posting and engaging to redirect them to the funnel
We are willing to pay a bonus of 0.25 cents per lead verified ( phone number working and email not bouncing )

1- REAL ESTATE LEADS ( BUYER, SELLERS, INVESTORS, TENANTS)
2- TAX PREPARATION LEADS AND BOOKKEEPING LEADS
