Lead Generation - Corporate & Mid-Term Rental Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to identify and qualify corporate leads for our furnished rental properties. Responsibilities:

Identify and research target industries, including relocation companies, construction firms, insurance companies, travel nurse agencies, and consulting firms.

Utilize online tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry directories, and company websites to identify qualified leads.

Lead Generation & Outreach:
Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and potentially phone calls.
Engage with potential clients through online forums and industry-specific groups.
Schedule introductory calls or property viewings as needed.

Reporting & Communication:
Provide regular reports on lead generation progress and results.
Communicate effectively with the team and provide timely updates.
