Responsibilities as call center agent:

Collect customer’s info and figure out the issue by studying and analyzing the problems
Accommodates client problems by proposing tools and processes
Provide service to other Technical Support Representatives to assist them to be more technologically satisfactory and independent

Qualifications:

• Background in Sales, Collections, andRetentions account
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Has the ability to multi-task and navigate multiple windows
• Must have at least 1 year experience in BPO company
•Excellent communication Skills
