About the Role
We’re looking for an absolute weapon in sales—someone who lives to close deals, thrives on fast-paced customer interactions, and has a strong American accent with flawless English. This is not your average telemarketing gig—we only want the best closers.

Pay Summary: Earn Php 55,000/month base + 13th-month pay + 2% commission per sale (potential earnings up to $20 USD/hour).

Commission: 2% per upsell or sale
Bonuses: Performance-based incentives + 13th-month pay
No Cold Calling: You’ll only be speaking to warm leads—customers who abandoned carts or need upsells
Graveyard Shift: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippine Time (PHT)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

What You’ll Be Doing

Closing Deals: Call customers who abandoned their cart & push them to complete their order
Upselling Like a Pro: Convert regular buyers into higher-value customers through add-ons & premium offers
Making More Money: Earn 2% commission per converted sale—top performers can hit $20 USD/hr
Providing Top-Tier Customer Support: Answer questions, assist with inquiries, and provide an A+ customer experience
Helping with Dispatch (When Calls Are Low): Light support tasks when sales volume is quiet

What We’re Looking For

Strong American Accent & Flawless English – Your voice should sound native and highly persuasive
Elite Sales Ability – Must have at least 2 years of experience in high-pressure sales or telemarketing
Proven Closing Experience – Show us your past conversion rates, sales records, or commission-based earnings
Confident & Charismatic Communicator – You should be able to sell anything to anyone
Goal-Oriented & Money-Driven – You’re here to crush sales targets and maximize commissions
Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable using CRM software and keeping track of sales metrics
Reliable & Ready to Work – Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and graveyard shifts
