Social Media Customer Service

Responsibilities:

Provide product Reviews, and social media commenting.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

The task requires:

US English level (applicants will be interviewed)
Ability to work F/T
Experience navigating/managing social media portals, particularly in the business context
Ability to pick up communication styles that are not their own ("brand voice")
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Reliable internet connection, & personal computer.

Good to haves:

- Social Media or Customer service experience related to the beauty or Fashion Industry
- Documented references of similar jobs done in the past
