We are looking for a strong and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our Airbnb communication and manage our social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in customer communication as well as content creation. This role will involve managing guest interactions on Airbnb and creating engaging content across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Airbnb Communication & Property Management
o Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring positive experiences for all guests.
o Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and address guest concerns or issues as needed.
o Communicate with cleaning teams to ensure timely and thorough turnovers between guests.
o Collaborate with service providers for house improvements, maintenance, and repairs to maintain property quality.
2. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
o Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on Instagram and
o Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels that highlight properties, share property updates, and promote services.
o Produce short-form videos and content that showcase properties, guest experiences, and property news.
o Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure fresh, relevant content.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer communication, especially with Airbnb or similar platforms.
• Strong experience in social media marketing and content creation (Instagram,
• Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, video editing software).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and visual storytelling.
• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or marketing is a plus.
