Core Responsibilities
1.Administrative Support & Workflow Optimization
- Manage the full lifecycle of document archiving, including classification, secure storage, and rapid retrieval to ensure compliance with data retention policies.
- Optimize administrative processes (e.g., procurement, expense reporting) to reduce operational costs while maintaining efficiency.
- Oversee office equipment maintenance and asset management, coordinating repairs and ensuring seamless office operations.
2.Cross-Department Collaboration & Project Management
- Coordinate real estate transactions, investor meetings, and team initiatives by managing task assignments, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead the planning and execution of corporate events (e.g., annual conferences, team-building activities), including venue booking, logistics, and post-event reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners (e.g., property managers, legal teams), facilitating communication and issue resolution.
3.Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze key metrics (e.g., project budgets, employee productivity) using Excel/Google Sheets, creating actionable insights for leadership.
- Maintain company knowledge bases and ensure standardization of policies and procedures.
Key Competencies & Requirements
1.Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools/CRM systems (Lark) is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in English communication to support international business scenarios.
2.Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate, finance, or startup environments.
3.Soft Skills
- Crisis Management: Remain calm under pressure and develop effective solutions for emergencies (e.g., equipment failures, last-minute meetings).
- Multitasking: Prioritize parallel tasks (e.g., document approval, meeting preparation) with exceptional organizational skills.
- Analytical Thinking: Extract business insights from data visualizations and drive process improvements.

Additional clarify
- This job includes a three-month probation period. The probation is part-time, requiring work for 5 days a week for at least 5 hours per day. During the part-time probation period, the salary is $6 per hour.
- After the three-month probation period, the employee's KPI (Key Performance Indicators) will be assessed to determine their eligibility for a full-time position. Upon becoming a full-time employee, they will receive the salary and benefits accorded to regular employees of the company.
