GoHighLevel Automation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist to join our team and help set up and manage marketing automation, CRM workflows, and sales reporting for our clients. This is a remote, long-term position with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage GoHighLevel CRM for clients
• Build and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, reactivations, and appointment booking
• Implement A2P compliance, SMS/email automations, and tracking systems
• Set up custom sales reporting dashboards to track lead counts, close rates, and revenue sources
• Assist in integrating external CRMs and reconciling sales data for accurate tracking
• Troubleshoot and optimize automations to improve campaign performance
• Work with our team to ensure seamless client onboarding and system implementation

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong knowledge of CRM workflows, automations, and pipeline management
• Experience with Zapier, API integrations, and third-party tools is a plus
• Ability to set up and manage A2P compliance and SMS/email marketing automation
• Strong analytical skills and experience with sales reporting/dashboard setup
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
