Hours: 6 of the 8 hours per day must be able from 10a-5pm MST. You must be easily to get a hold of when I need something taken care of.

This is an exciting opportunity for an A player to learn everything about property management and contribute to a fun and talented company.

We are a real estate investment company overseeing mobile home parks in 3 states.

Seeking a versatile Operations Manager to work together with my existing VA.

Examples of the types of tasks include:
• Updating information in Rent Manager (property management system)
• Create reports for insurance companies
• Assist property managers resolve issues
• Assist Administrative Assistant as necessary

Not necessary, but it would be nice to find someone with a little experience with social media. This could include creating and editing written posts, creating and editing videos and editing podcasts.

To help resolve issues and get questions answered, you must be able and willing to make outbound calls to the United States.

This opportunity will provide you with hands on experience, expanding your knowledge of commercial real estate.

Key roles and responsibilities:
Executive support and time management
• Willingness to learn Rent Manager and other software systems used to help run the business
• Support regular operational processes
• Making sure no actions are dropped
• Figuring out ways to streamline and simplify the way things are done
• Process documentation using written, video, and any other methods

Preferred Experience:
• Prior virtual assistant experience
• United States real estate rentals
• Experience with Rent Manager, Clickup, Dropbox
• Microsoft office suite
• Social Media
• Access to a printer/scanner
