Real Estate VA

We are a small real investment company seeking a full time VA.

This position will start will as a 90 day TRIAL. After 90 days we can discuss a pay increase.
The 90 day salary is Non-Negotiable
You MUST speak very good English (We will talk via skype)
2 year of Real Estate or Telemarking experience is required
Expected to be work 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time)

Below are the services we are looking to obtain -
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

1. Calling Sellers reading a script
2. Research to find sellers (FSBO & Expired listing)
3. Providing list of sellers and buyers (motivated sellers)
4. Able to use Realeflow CRM Tool – Inputting information gain via leadsheets
5. Able to use scripts given by client
6. Posting ads for marketing properties (various marketing websites)
7. Taking Inbound and outbound calls (calling sellers and buyers)
8. Closing deal Property
9. Finding Lease option deals
10. Various Administrative task
11. Able to use Call Rail phone system
