Job Description
We are looking for skilled part-time writers to join our team in crafting, creating, and refining long-form, high-quality content for published books.

This role involves working with AI-assisted writing tools following a structured protocol, including managing and optimizing AI prompts to achieve the best results. Training in our methods will be provided, ensuring you fully understand our approach—but this is not general writing training.

You must have real-world experience in content creation beyond personal projects, academic essays, or casual experimentation with ChatGPT. Applicants with only minimal AI use or experience limited to short-form blog writing will not be considered.

Key Details:
Working Hours: 9 pm/10 pm - midnight/1 am PM Eastern Time (U.S.) (summer and winter time)
Pay: $40 per week (non-negotiable)
Training: 1-week structured training (paid)
Start Date: Immediate availability
Potential for More Hours: Yes, based on performance

Qualifications:
English Proficiency: C1 (Advanced) or C2 (Proficient) level in both speaking and writing
Experience: Prior work in professional content creation (publishing, freelance, client-based work)
AI Experience: Must have strong working experience with AI tools beyond simple blog posts or basic content generation
Teamwork: Must be comfortable with team training calls and working collaboratively
Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow structured protocols and refine AI-generated content into high-quality, publication-ready material
