Creative Director

1. Role Overview:
The Creative Director will play a pivotal role in guiding our creative team and helping real estate agents enhance their social media presence. This individual will be responsible for quality control of short-form videos and captions, ensuring that all content aligns with our brand’s voice and standards.

2. Key Responsibilities:
Provide Expert Insights: Analyze and offer strategic guidance on various Instagram accounts, focusing on real estate agents' profiles.
Quality Control: Ensure all video content and captions are error-free, correcting any mistakes made by the video editing team.
Organizational Leadership: Direct video editors and content creators, helping them realize their envisioned accounts and projects through clear communication.
Profile Optimization: Enhance profiles by implementing best practices for SEO and concise communication.
Creative Coaching: Actively listen and ask the right questions to encourage creatives, providing direction and guidance that helps them excel.
Balance AI and Creativity: Understand when to leverage AI tools and when to rely on personal creativity, promoting a balanced approach in content creation.
Trendspotting: Researching what is trending and analyzing patterns in the industry from a social media perspective.
Platform familiarization: Primarily Instagram and YouTube, but also Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn in the future.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role, ideally within the real estate or social media industry.
Strong understanding of Instagram, including trends, internet humor, and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent grammar and attention to detail, with experience in quality control of written content and videos.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and guide tea ---------- mbers effectively.
