Remote Lawyer

Our boutique US-based bankruptcy law firm, specializing in corporate bankruptcy litigation and defense, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. This is a remote, full-time position, starting at approximately 30 hours per week with potential for increased hours. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex bankruptcy and corporate law topics.

Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and motions.

Assist with case analysis and litigation strategy development.

Provide high-level support to senior attorneys on intricate litigation matters.

Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.

Excellent legal writing and communication skills in English.

Proficiency with legal research databases (e.g., LexisNexis or similar platforms).

Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with bankruptcy or corporate law (preferred but not mandatory).

Willingness to undergo thorough, specialized training in bankruptcy litigation.
